1 - 迷惑メールと Email security 管理者検疫

このチュートリアルでは、メールを Microsoft 365 の迷惑メールフォルダーと、Email security の管理者検疫へ配信する方法を説明します。

検疫ポリシー を作成するには:

1. Microsoft 365 Defender コンソール ↗ を開きます。

2. Email & collaboration > Policies & rules を開きます。

3. Threat policies を選択します。

4. Rules の下で Quarantine policies を選択します。

5. Add custom policy を選択します。

6. Policy name を UserNotifyAdminRelease にします。

7. Next を選択します。

8. Recipient message access で Set specific access (Advanced) を選択し、次を設定します。

   • Select release action preference で、Allow recipients to request a message to be released from quarantine を選びます。
   • Select additional actions recipients can take on quarantined messages で、Delete と Preview のチェックボックスをオンにします。

9. Next を選択します。

10. Quarantine notification で Enable を選択します。

11. Next を選択します。

12. 設定を確認し、Submit を選択します。

13. Done を選択します。

隔離通知を設定するには、次の手順を行います。

1. Microsoft 365 Defender コンソール ↗ を開きます。

2. Email & collaboration > Policies & rules を開きます。

3. Threat policies を選択します。

4. Rules の下で Quarantine policies を選択します。

5. Global settings を選択します。

6. 一番下までスクロールし、Send end-user spam notifications every (days) で希望の頻度を設定します。この値は日単位でのみ増やせます。

7. Save を選択します。

迷惑メール対策ポリシーを設定するには:

1. Microsoft 365 Defender コンソール ↗ を開きます。

2. Email & collaboration > Policies & rules を開きます。

3. Threat policies を選択します。

4. Policies の下で Anti-spam を選択します。

5. Anti-spam inbound policy (Default) のテキスト（チェックボックスではなく）を選択します。

6. Actions で下にスクロールし、Edit actions を選択します。

7. 次の条件とアクションを設定します（見つけるために上下にスクロールする必要がある場合があります）。

• Spam: Move messages to Junk Email folder.
• High confidence spam: Quarantine message.
  • Select quarantine policy: _UserNotifyAdminRelease_.
• Phishing: Quarantine message.
  • Select quarantine policy: _UserNotifyAdminRelease_.
• High confidence phishing: Quarantine message.
  • Select quarantine policy: _UserNotifyAdminRelease_.
• Retain spam in quarantine for this many days: デフォルトは 15 日です。Email security は 15〜30 日を推奨します。
  • 上記の手順で迷惑メールのアクションを選択します。

8. Save を選択します。

特定の判定（disposition）のメールを Email security へ送るトランスポートルールを作成するには、次の手順を行います。

1. 新しい Exchange admin center ↗ を開きます。

2. Mail flow > Rules を開きます。

3. Add a Rule > Create a new rule を選択します。

4. 次のルール条件を設定します。

   • Name: Email security Deliver to Junk Email folder.
   • Apply this rule if: The message headers > includes any of these words.
     • Enter text: X-CFEmailSecurity-Disposition > Save.
     • Enter words: BULK > Add > Save.
   • Apply this rule if: + を選択して、2 つ目の条件を追加します。
   • And: The sender > IP address is in any of these ranges or exactly matches > Egress IPs ページの egress IP を入力します。
   • Do the following - Modify the message properties > Set the Spam Confidence Level (SCL) > 5.

5. Next を選択します。

6. この画面はデフォルト値のままで構いません。Next を選択します。

7. 設定を確認し、Finish > Done を選択します。

8. 作成したルール Email security Deliver to Junk Email folder を選択し、Enable を選択します。
