旧 Cloudflare ダッシュボードでは、Security Level の値は Always protected で、この設定は変更できません。Under Attack mode のオン / オフは、別のトグルで切り替えます。
新しいセキュリティダッシュボード、Cloudflare API、Terraform では、Security Level で Under Attack mode をオンまたはオフにします。
Cloudflare の Under Attack mode は、レイヤー 7 の DDoS 攻撃の緩和を助ける追加のセキュリティチェックを行います。Under Attack mode を有効にすると、Cloudflare は Managed Challenge ページを表示します。
以前、脅威スコア（threat score）は 0〜100 の Cloudflare 脅威スコアで、0 は低リスクを示していました。現在、脅威スコアは常に 0（ゼロ）です。
