Event subscriptions（イベントサブスクリプション）を使うと、Cloudflare アカウント全体でイベントが発生したときにメッセージを受け取れます。Cloudflare の製品（例: KV、Workers AI、Workers）は、構造化されたイベントを queue へ公開できます。その後、Workers または HTTP pull consumers で消費し、カスタムワークフロー、連携、ロジックを構築できます。

Email Sending のイベントサブスクリプションは、有効な送信ドメインから送られたメッセージについて、アウトバウンドのトランザクションメールのライフサイクルイベントを公開します。各サブスクリプションは 1 つの送信ドメインにスコープされます。ゾーン apex（example.com など）か、検証済みの送信サブドメイン（send.example.com など）です。
Email Routing のイベント（受信転送、返信、Worker が発行するルーティングイベント、検証済みルーティング受信者への配信）は、Email Sending イベントとしては公開されません。
受信側メールサーバーがメッセージを受け入れたときに発生します。
