PagerDuty を設定する

Cloudflare の Notification サービスは、通知を PagerDuty へルーティングできます。PagerDuty に通知を送ると、PagerDuty に接続している他のサードパーティサービスと同じサービス定義とエスカレーションパスを使えます。

以前設定した構成が PagerDuty 向けの通知をトリガーすると、Cloudflare が代わりに PagerDuty へ通知を送ります。その通知に設定されているすべての PagerDuty サービスが通知を受け取ります。PagerDuty は、各サービスの設定に従って通知を処理します。重複排除やレート制限などの動作は、通知の種類によって異なります。

接続サービスとして PagerDuty を使うには、PagerDuty アカウントに登録 ↗ する必要があります。

1. Cloudflare ダッシュボードで Notifications ページを開きます。

2. Destinations を開きます。

3. Connected notification services カードで Connect を選びます。

4. PagerDuty アカウント ↗ にログインし、Cloudflare アカウントに接続します。

5. 使うサービスを選び、Connect を選びます。

6. ブラウザーが Cloudflare ダッシュボードに戻ります。Continue を選びます。

新しい接続済み PagerDuty が、Connected notification services カードに表示されます。

Cloudflare アカウントに接続する PagerDuty サービスを変更するには、まず Cloudflare から PagerDuty を切断し、PagerDuty 側で必要な変更を行い、再度接続します。

PagerDuty を切断すると、現在設定されている PagerDuty 向け通知はすべて無効になります。PagerDuty が唯一の送信先だった場合、切断すると送信先のない通知になることがあります。

ほかの配信先も選んでいた場合、それらの通知は設定どおりにルーティングされます。

1. Cloudflare ダッシュボードで Notifications ページを開きます。

2. Destinations を開きます。

3. Connected notification services カードで、切断したい PagerDuty サービスの View を選びます。

4. Disconnect > Confirm を選びます。

5. PagerDuty アカウント ↗ にログインし、必要な変更を行います。

6. PagerDuty を Cloudflare に再接続 します。
